Returns

If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Currently, we accept returns from European Union countries and the USA. We do not accept returns from non-EU countries, non-EU islands, and tax-free zones within the EU.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the steps below and place a new order on our website for the desired product.

Return Process

  1. 1. Register your return online within 14 days of receiving your order. A Withdrawal from the Contract form will be automatically generated.
  2. 2. Include the Withdrawal from the Contract form with the product in its original condition, meaning it must show no signs of wear or damage.
  3. 3. Send the package to the following address (not applicable for orders from the US):

  4. For orders from the US, please send the package to:

  5. 4. Once we receive your package, we will notify you via email about the processing of your return. If all return conditions are met, you can expect a refund within 14 days of the package's arrival.

Return Information

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • If you need contact details for the return shipment, use the email info@belenka.sk and the phone number +421 905 223 066, which are only for courier company purposes when delivering your return.
  • Returns sent to Z-boxes, pickup points, or as cash-on-delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
  • If you cannot print the Withdrawal from the Contract form, you may write it by hand to help us match your return with your order and process it faster.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment. In case of damage or loss, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend keeping a proof of shipment and insuring the package if needed.
  • The return policy applies exclusively to items purchased through our official e-shop. If you bought the product in one of our stores or from an authorized reseller, please contact them directly for assistance.
